The problem
Your console lock is plastic. Thieves know it.

Everytown Research / FBI NIBRSGuns stolen out of vehicles in San Antonio alone in 2024.
UTHealth Houston / SAPDOf those San Antonio thefts came from pickups, led by F-Series, Silverado and Ram.
UTHealth Houston studyThe question isn't whether your truck gets targeted. It's what the thief finds when it does.

Made here
Built & assembled in Central Texas
Every Citadel body starts as domestic cold-rolled American steel and is cut, welded, powder-coated and assembled by our own crew in Central Texas. Real people on a real shop floor, right off I-35.
Steel you can measure
Thickness is what stops a pry bar
Lower gauge means thicker steel. Many vehicle lockboxes use 16-gauge sheet. Citadel bodies are 12-gauge, and every lid gets a welded 10-gauge plate that removes the pry points between door and body. No upcharge, no lighter option.
